I've seen a ton of posts from people asking about some entry-level questions, particularly about equipment.
I thought I'd post a website that I've found very helpful as I've been learning about photography over the last 10 years. I stumbled across this about 3-4 years ago, and wish I'd found it sooner!

He's a pro photographer genuinely interested in helping others. His reviews are very well written, and his tips have worked well for me. The best part, he's not sponsored by anyone, so he's buying his gear from the same places we all do, and he has to justify the expense, just like anyone else.
He started mostly as Nikon, but he's been using a lot of Canon digital lately, and really likes the product. Check it out, you may find it very helpful, no matter what your skill level.
