Go to Settings>Control Panel>Folder Options

Then click on the View Tab on the Pop-up Window, scroll about half-way down on the menu selections and you'll see "Hidden files and folders".

There are 2-buttons "Show Hidden Folders and Files" and "Do Not show hidden..."
