Feel for you. I struggle with that too. Another thing that helps is when you're on a boat and it's pitching with the waves - stay outside and keep your eye on the horizon. Motion sickness is caused by the brain's confusion between what the eye is seeing and what the inner ear is feeling. If you watch the horizon, your eyes will be reporting the up and down motion and will be in sync with your inner ear.
