Just because I'm in a rush just now, I'm going to point you to Orient/Orient Star. They are well below $2000 and they are excellent watches.
Do you have any expectations in terms of timekeeping accuracy (chronometer/DINN levels or something else), water resistance, styling, serviceability (cost, availability locally, etc.), decorative traits, etc?
What in your mind makes the JS Watch "amazing?"
