I find that usually the ones claiming racism when they get a ticket/tased/arrested/shot are 99% of the time, also the ones who do not follow directions very well when directed by law enforcement, were speeding, did go the wrong way, did have illegal items in their car, were defensive about why they were pulled over/detained/asked for their ID, etc.
I'm in Houston, talk about tension.
If you play it cool, regardless of race, your odds are incredibly better that you do not get a ticket. I've gotten a ticket for 5 over, and warning for 25 over. Both white cops, and I'm as white as they come.
Just take comfort in knowing you are getting a ticket for the 900 times you DIDNT get caught doing something wrong.
