I dont think you know the definition of term "incarceration rates" for an ethnic group. It's the number of individuals arrested over a year period per 100,000 of that particular ethnic group.
Hispanics have higher incarceration rates than Whites even though there are less Hispanics than Whites incarcerated.
Asians have lower incarceration rates than Whites, that means per 100,000 Asians there are fewer Asians in prisons than Whites per 100,000 Whites in this country.
My message wasn't that there are less Asians in US prisons which happens to be true but that Asians have lower incarceration rates than Whites.
