Why would you ever want to use this card ever again (if possible) at these rates?
Go apply for a free annual fee card with a low interest rate and use that as needed going forward.
If you are financially savvy you can take advantage of these offers but it can also be a very slippery slope of disaster. I sense you are the latter. Be careful!
