That is just an outer cover piece and can easily be replaced. It does not look like screws were used due to brick and an adhesive/sealant was used. You can probably pry it off with a thin scraper tool, clean off the old glue and put another one on. A thin bead of construction adhesive will hold another one-'they don't have to be real tight.
