Saw this Gem the other day. It's the "empress" version of the 7 series....came equipped with strobing halo DRL's and a dash with all the lights on! I'm sure those "empressive features" were sold to bring attention to their car but also command a an extra $150-$200 per week at the buy here pay here lot!
