The $400 or so machine I listed above has tons of online youtube videos to get the coffee you want.
I use a dark roast (Kicking Horse 454 horsepower beans), grind at 8, double shot, hold the pressure button manually for 10 seconds and i get a dark, strong coffee with excellent crema (which is where the taste is). From there i will add a shot of milk, use the machine to heat and froth it and i essentially make a flat white.
It's damn near perfect coffee with a low cost and low maintenance machine that looks great and doesn't take up a heap of space.
