Most of my life is very close to the same, work out of my house when not traveling, bought the house next door and a complete gut and rehab- working on it - no change, in a running group but don't think running by myself is a big deal.
Only big changes is bars, restaurants, friends and 30-40% of my time go to Asia, all out.
