Pilau or Biryani
Indian rice pilaf. Recipe from YouTube, many to choose from. They are all good. Just be sure the chef is speaking in Hindi.
Vegan/GF/DF. Featured spice is whole mace. Veggies include cauliflower, potatoes, peas, tomatoes, onions and Basmati rice. Long list of spices, garnished with fresh cilantro and a tadka of toasted cumin and mustard seeds in oil and paprika.
I went with more heat (chili) than usual and it was great.
