Seems I am on a Thursday vibe with pizza.
Crust - first time with Caputo Tipo 00, can’t find it anywhere in the food desert known as the American Midwest.
Fresh herbs: thyme, basil, oregano and rosemary
Salt, pepper, sauce, fresh mozz, caramelized onions, Brussels sprouts and parm
