Dudes gotta make a living. Same token this is what happens when you give your info at a dealership. Their job is to have you purchase a vehicle from them. People approach it differently, the smart sales people adapt their tactics by audience.
Nothing to stress over. Go to a different dealership and pretend he doesn't exist. Or purchase a different brand of car. It doesn't even sound like you want a vehicle from there so block the number or ignore it.
Truly not anything to get this bothered by. IMO. Life's too short, go find a car you love, drive it around and come tell us about the experience!
