is BMW getting a bit too ricey ? blingy ?

so disclaimer, not bashing ricers, modders, blingers or whatever
and I know there is a massive controversy about "badges" that are not for the correct car let's just put all thoes things asside.

I also believe you are free to decorate your car (make it your own) or debadge etc as you see fit.

But I'm wondering on looking at things readily available from BMW. I mean, I can get M badges, License plate holders with //m or BMW, LED door projectors with the //m or bmw, stem caps again //m, now wheel spinners, aka Rolls Royce right way up and I think there's a whole lot in between

Not counting all the stickers/stripes/badges/grill things you can get off amazon.

Just wondering is BMW no longer a purist brand (from the main dealer POV) has BMW realised regardless of the "purists" there is money to be made on these aftermarket accessories.

The right way up floating hub caps, OK Rolls does this, but do you really want that, is not not too ricey (ps I just bought a set)

play nice, not be rude, I'm just asking the question

If you don't like them that's fine, don't trash those who may have a fetish for //m paraphalia
