Back in January, our large Bosch clothes washer finally grenaded itself after 15 years. We replaced the washer and dryer with GE's top-of-the-line washer/dryer units. The decision was based on availability at the time, not needing wifi and steam in the dryer or any of the other enhanced features. Even then, we had to buy the washer and dryer from two different places, and they were the last of each that were in stock in our area. (My preferred appliance store couldn't get me a front-load washer from *any* manufacturer for 3-6 months at the time.)
With the chip shortage, shipping delays, and great resignation only making things worse since then, you may have to take what you can get versus finding what you want.....
