BBQ retrofit advice
It’s 16 degrees here this morning so I’m planning my spring projects.
I have been cleaning and repainting the wall behind my BBQ after each season. I guess searing the rib eyes is taking its tool. It is not the the biggest deal but I’m ready for a longer term fix.
My ideas are install a larger Peice of granite which is easier to clean than paint. I usually ruin the paint cleaning it anyway. Or install an outdoor hood.
I have an awning above so running it straight up is not an option. My garage is behind it so I guess I could go along the inside wall and out the side.
Anyone else have a good idea based on that they have seen or done ?
