Guys like your friend Mike are good friends to have! People like us can get a Hell of a lot done at home (I have that same Hobart MIG you have; love it!) but a proper professional shop with tools like this are just on a whole other level.
Looks like you bumped your inside height up from planned 3' to 4'. Good call. That was going to be my only suggestion.
