They are also moving more and more to sustainable fuels and those tend to have less power so you have to off-set that with EV power in order to keep the cars performing at F1 levels.
I watch too many tech videos on F1, I can never remember where/when I learned something.. but it wasn’t a BS fan article, it was direct from F1 or maybe Drive61
