Red Bull ran already with the new floor in the free practice by MAX and Checo and it really s@cked ..
Why would Red Bull run with a very bad new floor in the Qualifying if they still had the old winning floor ?
It's Singapore, they've been saying this since the beginning of the season that they'll struggle here.

The TD has nothing to do with how the RB performs here, it's happened to other teams in the past. Race pace is very similar between all the teams, the RB was just never a good qualification car. The advantage of the RB was race pace and tire management.

Even last year RB struggled a bit, and it was raining.

RB ran their old floor in qualifying.

They ran the new floor during FP sessions only.

After FP3, they made the decision to switch to the old floor and run lower.




This is just a major setup issue that they can't solve because of the track itself. Nothing to do with the TD.
