You are absolutely correct, the more authentic tag would start with S-
I vividly remember in '86 or '87 a 959 passing me on the Autobahn, like I was standing still...lol pushing 180-190 km/h in my E30 316

I lived in Echterdingen for three years lol. I think maybe the vernacular might be a bit misconstrued but I would consider BB a suburb with it only being 10-15 miles from the center of Stuttgart. A lot of people wouldn’t consider Fairfax VA a suburb of DC either, but in effect it is.
My neighbor in Echterdingen worked at the MB factory and was able to get a new 190E 2.5-16 in Black. I was so envious as I could never afford a car like that at the time.
