So Checo had a run, what was he supposed to do, back off and crash out the front of the field. We have seen that happen enough. Checo's car was on the racing line. Was his move optimistic? Yes and if he had succeeded would Max have passed him 4 or 5 laps latter, probably. If I had a buck for every optimistic crash causing move Max or Lewis has made I have a good roll of cash.

Doesn't it occur to you that he turned into LEC with nowhere for LEC to go ie Checo's back wheel went over LEC's front. Hence, if he kept out of the way Checo would have bagged some real points and a possible podium keeping HAM at 3rd place in the championship with just 3 races to go and keep his boss Horner happy.
