As with every super bowl performance, generally if you like the genre that they pick, you'll enjoy the show. If you don't like it, you'll hate the show. I listen to just about everything except country music, so I'm pretty easy.
I thought it was great. Listened to most of that music back in college at parties and whatnot, so the songs were nostalgic for me. The first few songs that were just usher were a little too R&B for my tastes, but the rest of the show was good.
I still think my favorite was the 2008 show with tom petty, or maybe 2005 with Paul McCartney... 2020 was good with the Reggaeton showing.. and Shakira... Also enjoyed the Weeknd's show in 2021.
