Hammy is a deserved winner.
Very interesting to see the speed of the Merc in colder conditions. For sure both MERC and McLaren were faster than RB and the gains they make from race to race are very impressive. RB's gains this year are on par with gains from Ferrari and AMR, pretty much nil....
And McLaren....despite having the fastest car (imho) they still don't have that winners mentality. Sending Lando after the rain out on softs was totally the wrong decision. They did that because Lewis went on softs...a follow mentality instead of a leader mentality, and that cost them not only 2nd place but arguably also 1st place. They had a new set of mediums and they should've used them.
In the cooldown room you could also see how disappointed Lando was, overthinking his mistake...lookin at the ground shaking his head.
The other mistake was not double stacking where PIA lost so many places and time. Better loose 1-2sec in double stacking than almost 20sec with not double stacking.
Too bad RUS had to retire. He might've gotten NOR too in the end if his car didn't break down.
Max didn't have the pace today, but the strategy and timing Max had was outstanding and for sure won him 2-3 places.

They were asking Lando to do the strategy the whole race. They need to hire a real strategist! I hear Carlos Sainz is looking for a job...
