Hate to start another PPF-related thread but seeing as paint can take upwards of 3 months to fully cure and offgass, is it advisable to delay coatings and adhesives?

I’ve seen permanent marks left by the oem spoiler adhesive, probably since they’re applied soon after the paint. Has anyone who applied PPF on day 1 had to remove a piece, if so, how did the paint look underneath?
