I've had a bumper repainted and PPF'ed immediately, with the PPF being removed about a week or two later (to get PPF redone). No issues as the PPF came off clean with no paint damage whatsoever. I used to also think that paint needed to cure for a bit, but am not not so sure that is necessary.
