Pretty sure Bottas was told to invert or swap positions about 10-15 times...meaning those 10-15 times Hamilton didnt have the skill to beat right now the single worst driver in F1 who's rather awful teammate even managed to score points. And that is the story of Hamilton's career - not able to beat guys who are back markers without team orders on many occasions and never was able to beat teammates by much more broadly since he was never able to outperform his car like Max can. He was always subject to only what the car could do and when your car has 100 more hp than every other one in the field, winning takes little to no talent or skill.
