I have owned other Nissans, as well as Toyotas and a Honda. I think Hondas and Toyotas are robust enough to make it well past 200k miles. My Nissans, on the other hand, were lucky enough to make it past 100k miles without major repairs. I am sure there are exceptions out there, but this is my experience over the past three decades.

I think this is going into a similar direction as the story about Stellantis in the U.K..
Maybe as you said Hondas are more reliable and offer more than Nissan here..I guess people can take the opportunity to buy a Nissan or a Mitsubishi when the prices drop...
