No clue on the mileage. I had just seen the vid or article I forget where i saw it. It was just a baseline for the OP since he has a pretty low budget. I personally would stay away from RR. My sister has had a few and all 3 were complete nightmares. Lexus would be his sweet spot for the money he has put aside in my opinion. They are reliable AF and the higher end models are pretty nice. So he can definitely find a good used one
