To be honest I cannot remember why I joined the forum. I may have found it before we bought our buggy (our first and only BMW). I have found the BMW vehicle specific and BMW general forum to be quite helpful. At the same time, I have also found the general vehicle forum to be useful.
We will stay with BMW because of the forum? No, in fact it might help us move to another brand. Why because the forums are in general brutally honest. I am not sure where BMW is headed so until the time comes we enjoy the current ride.
However, though our buggy is now nearing 12 years old as my spouse says not through driving it so not ready for another vehicle. Also given it has less than 60k miles it has a lots of life left in it. (60k miles cause my spouse can walk to work).
