The Media button for X3 2020 is stuck physically and i can not press it as it is not coming back to its original position

Does the warrenty cover this ?

Rest everything works, i can use media from display but the physical button is stuck
It keeps on bothering when starting the car or sometimes as it keeps on displaying the media option
