Here it's mayo (for USA people, european mayonaise and especially dutch/belgian mayonaise tastes different), or Mayo and sateh sause (peanut sause), called 'fries war', or mayo and curry ketchup and diced onions (like you get on german curryworst), called fries 'special', and there's also 'joppiesauce', which is I guess somewhat the equivalent of your yellow curry sauce you can get with your delicious fish, chips and mushy peas

Belgium only s@cks on a government level (what government?) and the eternal distrust between the two population groups.
