Never seen so many different kinds of dumplings. Like one whole freezer door was just shrimp dumplings. The next two doors were pork dumplings. And so on. The place was busy as hell, but when we were done we walked right up to an open checkout and were done in no time. The only gripe I had was the food court. They had some interesting options, but way too few places to sit. There were hardly any unfilled seats, so we went elsewhere to eat. We'll have to try again on some weekday when it isn't during the lunch hour. But what an amazing place.
Yep. As I mentioned, each H Mart is different. Don't know how they determine the layout and such as it's certainly not by local market. The two I've been to in my state are so very different from each other. Focusing on the food court, the one I've been to only had maybe three different food vendors and about a handful of tables. The other had a food court with about 10 different food vendors and about 20 to 30 tables in the food court; which is bordered by a cosmetics store and another that had various trinkets.
