It's basically a continuation of the end of last season from what we all know:
McLaren has the fastest car, by far.
Ferrari probably now has the 2nd fastest car, and I think they did the most development during the winter.
RB has the 3rd fastest car and has to battle both Ferrari and Mercedes. McLaren is completely out of reach.
Mercedes has done some development.
Williams sets the fastest times. So they went with full engine power and low fuel load, that result won't be repeated in the races
And for the rest it's same old same old; teams can really only gain slight advantages on their platforms by using half legal/half illegal flexi wings.

I think most teams did very little development and are all putting their resources in the 2026 ruleset. Ferrari probably spent the biggest budget and time on the 2025 car. It might be enough to defeat RB, but not McLaren. That's what I'm expecting in 2025.
I was looking at some of the data yesterday posted on the lap times. RB was running very low engine mode and very high fuel. When they went from the C3 to the C2, their lap times dropped by 1 second. There is more there than meets the eye. I think Mclaren looked ok but they were pushing it a bit more and definitely have some rear stability problems. Ferrari's car doesnt really look very good in long run pace as they have massive degradation which is going to mean they go a bit backwards in races. MB looks ok but I think they look better than they actually are.
