They are not. However, State Farm wouldn't even offer an agreed-to value (book vs market is big delta), so I get paid $1800 to now have that

It isn't that they wouldn't do it for my vehicles; it just isn't a service that they are willing to offer.
That said, there are no mileage restrictions on either, so I could use them every day if I wanted. The only stipulation for one of them is that I must have an "antique" license plate. That was an easy $25 to spend...
