The meaning of the poster in my post above was :
For the FIA the season begins at race 9. The Spain GP (Barcelona) June 9 as the FIA wing regulations will change in Spain.
So for the first 8 races McLaren can get a free 0.2 sec./ lap advantage with their flexible wings and win races with the flexible wing advantage .
Why not from race 1 in this 2025 season ?

The other teams can not develop flexible wings in this season because it will be banned in Spain . But in the meantime McLaren gets the advantage from the FIA to win races with the advantage from the flexible wings.
I just don't get it ,the situation looks like a gift to me ..
