If RB and other teams engineers are unable to design wings to take advantage of the current rules. That doesn’t mean McLaren is “Cheating”, it just means their engineers are better.

In 2021 Prost talked about smart tricks to gain an advantage, outsmarting competitors. He gave as example experimenting with tire setups (in times when there still was more tire use freedom). After several races, competitors copied his trick. He also had developed with his helmet manufacturer a wider visor than the rest of the field, for improved spatial awareness. Polishing the car to check if it improves performance. For leg nerves/blood stimulation (phlebology) he was advised by a ski world champion (Prost secretly wore compression stockings ["bas de contention"] to have a physical advantage with operating the three pedals, also after an hour of racing), etc.:
