Hi, Thanks for allowing me to join.

I have an 1999 E36 convertible, ever since the battery was changed due to old one going dead the hazard flashers operate every time the doors are opened, boot opened and bonnet opened, they stop after a short while. The hazards do work normally as they should when operated manually. What I have noticed is when there flashing when door opened and the emergency flash switch pressed they flash a bit faster until the switch is pressed again.
I have tried another BCM but still no joy.

Any help appreciated.
