2000yds in the pool, nice swim.
2x800 + 1x400, flip turns for the first 100yds of each 800, 118HR for approx 45 minutes.
I am training for a 1 mile open water swim in the summer, so increasing interval length. I have never swam any type of distance in open water so I want to be prepared. Shared a lane today with an experienced swimmer.
