We also have a feral that we've been feeding for six years or more now. He wants nothing to do with people or inside the house. He does this same thing each time he comes and sometimes it's twice or more a day. He stands/sits at the back door till you see him and when you open the door to give him his bowl of food he lets out the biggest hiss possible each and every time. He is also a picky eater. He doesn't like chunk wet food only pate and only certain flavors. He have done our best to give him a good life. He has a heated cat house plus two other heating pads plus I close in my gazebo on three side for the winter for him and thats where his house and heating pads are. As a matter of fact the gazebo is still closed in for him till this weekend. The first picture or the picture of him at the door was five years ago.
