Hi all, I need a clue. I've noticed a couple times the battery draining faster during the charging at home. Here's the basic information.

We go the car 1 month ago. While charing at home, we found issues with charing the battery.

1. Charging for overnight, it’s up to 38% battery, but it shows only 4 mi ? — According the sale, the BMW X5 xDrive50e full charge(100%) battery should be able run for around 50 miles. So, 38% not equal 4 miles.

2. It happened couple times already, charging for overnight, when we stopped charging thru the App, suddenly the battery drains unexpectedly.
For example :
this morning:

5:35am shows:38%, then we “Stop Charing”

5:50am Shows: 6%

Does this sound familiar to anybody?

We actually took the car back to BMW service to check already. The service upgraded the car software, then tested the charging. They claimed : They charged the car to 100% successfully with the Level 2 charger & my original Flexible Fast Charger 2.0 at the service place. So, they said the car , battery and the charger are fine. If something wrong again, maybe something wrong with my house’s electrical.

However, the problem is still exist38 at my house.If anyone knows what this might be, I am feeling something wrong with Charing Software system or the connections of battery. If my house’s electrical, why everything runs smoothly in my house?
