We had the same issue, couldn't get through the first episode. I barely remember why but I think something about the pacing and just how dated it seemed. It's like I was never able to get into the original Star Trek even though I've watched and liked every other series starting with next gen.

Recently started Andor since I heard it was one of the few good Star Wars things left. We have free Disney+ through something and honestly never use it. Season 1 has been decent. Will watch season 2.

In between still watching Homeland... I think we finished up to season 5 maybe... I believe we still have a couple left, but I feel it's starting to go downhill.
