I got to my heaviest last November. I was on a cruise, but still going into the gym most mornings. Stood on the scale and it read 217, I couldn't believe it. I had been hoping to get down to 185-190 to be able to keep playing soccer. I'll be 59 in August.
Sunday at the gym I broke the barrier that was 200 and dropped to 198 as well. Can't remember being under 200 since before my youngest was born, and he's turning 26 in September.
Higher reps, lower weights, naps instead of lunch at work. Share a plate with the wife when we go out to a restaurant except in rare occasions.
Next cruise is scheduled for the Saturday after Turkey-day, still need to drop some belly before then.
