He gave some insight into the car and RB in general. He felt like once Newey stopped working on the car he was the only one there helping to keep the car more balanced. The team needed his veteran feedback to keep the car from turning into the razorblade that Max tries to set up. He said inside sources at RB regret dropping him.
He also noted that the bullshit rumors that he was going to get canned ultimately ended up playing out because of how bad it hurt team morale. It wasn't just Checo feeling the pressure, but everyone on the RB team as they came in to help support him.
No direct insight to Caddy or any other team, other than he's working on getting back into F1 for next year. I've heard rumors of both Caddy and Alpine, although I'd much rather see him go to Caddy.
