i'm not sure what Lewis is complaining about, the only guy he could overtake was Charles. Ferrari didn't want him to overtake charles obviously.
but yes it does seem that nobody in Ferrari listens to him. from the first moment he wanted a black ferrari in his first photoshoot ferrari said no, you will have a red ferrari, till now they are not listening to him.
