I wouldn’t say it’s just rich people I did cause I was having a hard time getting a car that I bought out of state registered. Then Covid hit which made it harder so I went the Montana route got the car smogged an eventual changed over to California plates. I get you guys are mad but don’t just assume it’s only the rich doing it others are doing it for many reason other than saving on taxes
