I think this solidifies Max moving teams... Horner was holding that team together, imo. Maybe he took on too many roles and didn't allow for enough upward movement of his staff, but Laurent has some huge shoes to fill. With a new car, new engine builder, etc. I think Max jumps ship to Merc or AM. Rus maybe gets scooped up by Caddy? Alo retires? Checo back to RB sans Horner? so many options. This will be a silly season...
