I recently had to repair a blown engine ($40k+), 2 new sets of tires (almost $5K), new M rotors ($3K), a bunch of little but expensive M repairs, and replace the washer and dryer as well! Total was approaching $60K. So, maybe that cheers up your day as it could be a lot worse.

Yeah, you're right. Had to go to the doc yesterday and got some bad news as well, so I was on a hair trigger, sorry about that.
It can always be worse. BTW, I hate those dog commercials. Sorry I was such an ass.
Meanwhile, I have a Crosstrek loaner from the dealership. $39K and has worse NVH than my 20 year old Forester. Vegan inside, uncomfortable seats, and no ass under the hood whatsoever.
