Fan not workign
I have used ISTA and fan turns on with test manually.
however it wont turn on its own when temps get high

I have changed thermostat and coolant sensor as well as expansion bottle as the car had overheated due to fan issues and broke the cap.
ista had electric fan activation signal at 7% but no its not spining
