While one can get in fairly good shape with bodyweight exercises, you left out lower body strength training. Lower Body strength training is critical for healthy running form and efficiency, and to stay injury free.
BMI is pretty much meaningless for individuals. Body fat percentage is a much better metric. Bread and other processed foods are not good for you. High protein is better.
